Q: How much will it cost to repair my item?
A: Bring your item in to any one of our locations to receive an absolutely free estimate on your repair.
Q. Do you have a layaway plan?
A: Yes, we have a free layaway plan. For more information, check our layaway tab.
Q. How long does it take to get my item back?
A: Most repairs can be completed on the same day. If a part has to be ordered, we can provide you with an estimated date.
Q: Do you sell and repair Apple products?
A: Yes and yes. We repair and sell any Apple product that you need.
Q: Do you have a warranty on your computers?
A: Yes. Any computer purchased at Capital City Computers carries a lifetime labor warranty. Ask a sales associate for more details.
Q: Are you open on Saturdays?
A: Our stores are not regularly scheduled to be open on Saturdays. However, we understand that Saturdays may be the only opportunity for some of our customers to come see us. Therefore we are available on the weekends by request or appointment.
Q: Can you repair my PS3/Xbox/iPod?
A: Yes, in addition to computers, we also repair a variety of other electronic devices.
